what to do with excess weight which we have accumulated in the winter, and yet
we have not removed in time? There is a great instantaneous, but very
restrictive diet that will help you to remove up to 30 pounds in 15 days!
Specifically for 21 days because in the weekends is eaten normally.

medical supervision.
It is very important that if you choose this diet, you set
yourself realistic goals. This diet offers the possibility of losing one
kilogram a day.

Monday
Breakfast: 1 orange (or a pear, peach,
watermelon in the same amount, cantaloupe, but it is important that you do not
eat bananas), 2 toast, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 cup of milk
Dinner: 2 tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, half-heads of
lettuce
Tuesday
Breakfast: 1 orange (or a pear, peach,
watermelon in the same amount, cantaloupe, but it is important that you do not
eat bananas), 2 toast, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 sour milk, 1
cup of tea or coffee
Dinner: 125 g of ground beef, 1 tomato, 1
orange, 1 toast
Wednesday
Breakfast: 1 orange (or a pear, peach,
watermelon in the same amount, cantaloupe, but it is important that you do not
eat bananas), 2 toast, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 sour milk, 1
head of lettuce
Dinner: 125 g of ground beef, 1 tomato, 1
orange, 1 cup of coffee or tea
Thursday
Breakfast: 1 orange (or a pear, peach,
watermelon in the same amount, cantaloupe, but it is important that you do not
eat bananas), 2 toast, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
Lunch: 125 g cottage cheese, 1 orange, 1 toast
Dinner: 125 g of minced meat, 2 tomatoes, 1
apple, 1 toast
Friday
Breakfast: 1 orange (or a pear, peach,
watermelon in the same amount, cantaloupe, but it is important that you do not
eat bananas), 2 toast, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
Lunch: 200 g of cooked meat or fish, 1 tomato, 1
toast
Dinner: 500 g of cooked vegetables (carrots,
cauliflower), 1 egg
At the weekends, eat normally.
Additional tips:
For the first 5 days you will lose 3 to 5 kg, but after that
comes the quick release. Repeat this 5 days diet plan 3 times. Do not drink
alcohol. Foods you can eat hot or cold, but it is important to take them in the
correct order.
When you reach the desired weight, eat normally but avoid sugary drinks, candy
and fast food, and eat the following menu on
Monday:
Breakfast: Lemonade without sugar
Lunch: 1 egg, 1 toast, 1 tomato
Dinner: 1 toast, 1 tomato (you can get even one
egg)
