6 prunes
100 ml. of water
2 tablespoons of oatmeal
teaspoon of ground flax seeds
teaspoon of cocoa
300 ml of kefir
How To Prepare:
-Pour 100 ml of warm water over 6 prunes. Leave it
covered for 10 minutes.
-In another bowl mix cocoa, oatmeal and ground flax seeds.
-Then, pour 300 ml of kefir in the mixture and stir well.
-Chop the prunes and then add it to the mixture.
-Leave overnight. Drink in the morning as breakfast.
