Every night before going to sleep drink a mixture of honey

How to prepare:
Boil 200 ml of water then add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
powder and leave for half an hour. When the water is a little colder with

Do not add anything more to this recipe. You do not need to
drink this during the day. It only works if you take it at bedtime.
This treatment leads to a significant reduction in body
