minutes and the best part about it is that the ingredients needed for the
preparation, you already have them in your kitchen.
Get the following ingredients:
-1 liter of water;
-2 tablespoons ground cinnamon;
-1 teaspoon of honey.
Here is how to prepare it:
In a pan pour the water and place it on the heat and wait
until it reaches its boiling point and after that add the cinnamon. For 5
minutes, let it simmer and after that remove the pan from the heat and wait
until the mixture is cool and after that add the honey and stir well. Into a
cup, filter the mixture and separate it into two half-cup quantities.
Here is how to use it:
The first half should be consumed 30 minutes before your breakfast
and the second half should be consumed 30 minutes before going to sleep. Place
the rest of the mixture in the fridge and consume it in the next morning. Make
sure you are consuming it on an empty stomach.
